You can continue the Moms Don't Need a Gym Circuits as long as you have been cleared for exercise. Please watch the instructional videos on pregnancy exercise considerations. Remember, you can contact me via email or monthly coaching calls to make sure you're exercising in a way that is safe both for you and baby.
You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by your physician. However, I would prefer you sign up for the Postpartum Ab Challenge first. This 6-week challenge lays the foundation for safely and confidently continue circuits within the Moms Don't Need a Gym Membership.

Each circuit is 15-20 minutes long.
All you need are 5, 10, 15 lb kettlebells (or dumbbells) and circular Therabands. Once you sign up, I email you an amazon list where you can buy these for relatively cheap! Occasionally, we use a step or chair if needed.
