Is this challenge right for me?

If you have had multiple babies and are simply tired of your tummy fluctuating between looking squishy and looking 6-months pregnant, this is 100% for you. You deserve a clear path to finally feeling like yourself. As a doctor of physical therapy, it would be my honor to help you along this journey!

I just gave birth. Can I join?

You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by your physician. If this challenge is too soon for you, be on the look out for my next Postpartum Ab Challenge! I run these every 8 weeks or so!

How long do I get access to the material?

You get access to the course for the lifetime of the course. Meaning, once you buy it, it’s yours to support you through EACH postpartum journey and beyond!

What time are the coaching calls? Are there replays available?

They are scheduled at 9:30 am ET on Tuesdays. I will discuss topics beyond just exercise to help you heal your diastasis rectus. Replays will be uploaded to the course platform!

Does the Ab Challenge include yoga poses?

No. The majority of yoga positions put too much stress and strain on the healing linea alba ligament and ab muscles. I teach functional movements that will help you return to yoga without causing further stress on your postpartum body.
