Is this challenge right for me?

If you have had multiple babies and are simply tired of your tummy fluctuating between looking squishy and looking 6-months pregnant, this is 100% for you. You deserve a clear path to finally feeling like yourself. As a doctor of physical therapy, it would be my honor to help you along this journey! Whether you're 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years, if your core foundation hasn't been properly addressed, this is your starting point. The belly changes are real — but they're a byproduct of healing correctly, not the goal we're chasing.

I just gave birth. Can I join?

You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by your physician. If this challenge is too soon for you, be on the look out for my next Postpartum Ab Challenge! I run these every 8 weeks or so!

How long do I get access to the material?

The Postpartum Ab Challenge is meant to build foundational strength in 6 weeks! However, you have access for life. Why? Because I want you to continue returning to this challenge after each and every baby you are blessed with!

Does the Ab Challenge include yoga poses?

No, and there's a good reason for that. Most yoga positions put too much strain on the healing linea alba and postpartum ab muscles. I teach functional movements that will help you return to yoga safely, without causing further stress on your healing body.

When are the Coaching Calls?

I will send out a poll to vote on the best time before the challenge starts! All coaching calls are uploaded to the platform within 24 hours.

What if I get sick (or busy), do I lose access after 6 weeks?

Life happens! This is why you get lifetime access. If life gets in the way of your weekly circuits, simply pick back up where you left off instead of jumping ahead!
