You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by your physician. If this challenge is too soon for you, be on the look out for my next Postpartum Ab Challenge! I run these every 8 weeks or so!

No. The majority of yoga positions put too much stress and strain on the healing linea alba ligament and ab muscles. I teach functional movements that will help you return to yoga without causing further stress on your postpartum body.
